Paul Moria Musical Instruments Demonstration and Communication Meeting with Performer Alvaro Cardenas Jr
In the afternoon of March 25th 2009, in the little music hall of Xindu campus, students gave a warm welcome to Alvaro Cardenas Jr, the famous composer, arranger and singer from Colombia.
At first Mr. Qin Yudong, the promoter of the communication meeting, gave a brief speech. Then Alvaro Cardenas Jr made a brief self-introduction.
During the communication meeting, Alvaro Cardenas Jr played six songs by six different Paul Moria musical instruments. When Alvaro Cardenas Jr was playing the third song, Mr. Qin Yudong joined in by improvisation and they finished the song by cooperation. And the audience broke into enthusiastic applause.
The communication meeting enriched the students’ professional knowledge and expanded their perspectives. It was highly praised by the teachers and students.
